Changing Negative Perceptions

Creating a positive difference in our communities
Changing negative perceptions

Creating a positive difference

How we started?

What started off as an inspirational electronic literature project gave birth to a bigger vision of the group. GMI was formed to sensitize communities of the needy in their communities.

The beneficiaries of the trust include:

  • Funding for education carefully selected needy children to assist them in obtaining initially basic education that will allow them to proceed to professional and or skills certificates in both urban and rural communities.
  • Informal traders with low or no academic qualifications to allow them entry into the formal employment but can prove that they can work hard and the Trust’s help can be assisted in obtaining a livelihood on their own.
  • Rural and peri-urban farmers will be trained into modern cost effective methods of farming for great productivity in a range of activities and how to take their produce to the market.
  • Young adults needing direction in their personal lives in motivational/inspirational small group discussions that would assist them in getting back on track and focus on their goals and lives.
